GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Latzel Dämmstoffe GmbH & Co. KG, registered with Mannheim District Court under HRA 702141, and consumers and business customers who purchase goods via the Latzel Dämmstoffe online shop. Any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these GTC shall not be recognized. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The product offers presented online constitute a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) You may place one or more products in the shopping cart. During the ordering process, you enter your details and preferences regarding payment method, delivery options, etc. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) We are entitled to accept your offer within two working days by sending an order confirmation via email. If this period expires without acceptance, your offer shall be deemed rejected.
§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Contract Text
Your order and the details of the concluded contract (e.g. product type, price) are stored by us. The GTC will be sent to you and can also be accessed at any time via our website after conclusion of the contract. Registered customers can view past orders via the customer login area.
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You may correct your entries at any time before submitting your order using the delete function. We will inform you of additional correction options during the ordering process. You may cancel the ordering process at any time by closing your browser window.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The purchased goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Statutory Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply to our products.
§ 7 Place of Jurisdiction for Merchants
If you are a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be our registered place of business.
