§ 1 Scope, Customer Information

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Latzel Dämmstoffe GmbH & Co. KG (Amtsgericht Mannheim HRA 702141) and the consumers and business customers who purchase goods through our shop Latzel Dämmstoffe. We do not accept any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from our own. The language of the contract is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

1. The offers on the internet constitute a non-binding invitation for you to place an order.
2. You may add one or more products to your shopping cart. During the order process, you will enter your details and preferences regarding payment method, delivery options, etc. Only by clicking the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3. We are entitled to accept your offer within 2 business days by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. If the period referred to in sentence 1 expires without result, your offer shall be deemed rejected, meaning you are no longer bound by your offer.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of the Contract Text

Your order, including details of the contract concluded (e.g. type of product, price, etc.), will be stored by us. We will send you the GTC; however, you may also access the GTC at any time via our website after the contract has been concluded. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer login area (Orders).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order using the delete key. We will inform you of further correction options as you progress through the order process. You may also terminate the order process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The purchased item remains our property until payment has been made in full.

§ 6 Statutory Liability for Defects

Statutory liability rights for defects apply to our goods.

§ 7 Place of Jurisdiction for Commercial Customers

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be our registered place of business, provided you are a merchant (Kaufmann).
