Suitable substrates
Suitable for concrete, masonry, metal, plastics (except PVC) and dry, non-resinous wood.
The substrate must be dry, dust-free, grease-free and load-bearing.
Porous or slightly contaminated surfaces should be pre-treated with a bituminous primer.
Application – quick guide
- Application from +15 °C: membrane and surface should be at least +15 °C. Warm slightly if needed.
- Prepare substrate: use primer on wood, concrete or old bitumen layers.
- Surface must be dry, clean and stable.
- Lay membrane in direction of roof slope.
- Remove backing film approx. 10 cm and align membrane.
- Roll out step by step and press firmly or use a roller.
Overlap approx. 10 cm and press firmly.
