Suitable Substrates
Suitable substrates include concrete, masonry, metal, plastics except PVC and dry, non-resinous wood. The substrate must be dry, clean, grease-free and stable. Porous surfaces should be primed with a bituminous primer if required.
Application
- Application from +15 °C: Substrate and membrane should be at least +15 °C.
- Surface preparation: Use bitumen primer on old surfaces, universal primer for dusty substrates.
- Surface must be dry and clean.
- Lay membrane in direction of slope.
- Remove backing film partially and align.
- Roll out step by step and press firmly.
- Overlap approx. 10 cm and press firmly.
