What is the difference between Targo RAPID and Targo ULTRA?

Targo RAPID is designed for indoor use – it bonds vapour barriers and airtightness membranes indoors. Targo ULTRA is UV-resistant and weatherproof – suitable for outdoor applications such as sub-roof and façade membranes.

What is Targo FLEX used for?

Targo FLEX is highly flexible and suited to difficult detail points: pipe penetrations, cable routes, rafters and slightly rough substrates. It can be wrapped around curves without tearing.

What is the difference between Targo VariVap N and VariVap S?

VariVap N is the standard version for roof and wall. VariVap S is reinforced and specifically approved for use with blow-in insulation materials – important for blow-in insulation in existing constructions.

Which façade calls for Targo VENT WD, and which for VENT WI?

VENT WD is for closed façades without visible joints. VENT WI is black and UV-stabilised for open façades with shadow joints or open-joint cladding – up to 30 mm joint width, up to 35 mm for trapezoidal cladding.

Do Targo tapes have to be combined with Targo vapour barriers?

For the system guarantee, yes. Targo AG Switzerland tests membranes and adhesive technology together – with cross-brand combinations, the system guarantee is void. We recommend staying consistently within the system.

Where is Targo Fix SK used?

Targo Fix SK is a permanently elastic wall connection adhesive for indoor use – solvent-free, formaldehyde- and isocyanate-free. It is suitable for airtight connections of vapour barriers to concrete, wood, masonry and other substrates.
